ADMISSIONS CHECKLIST

1) SCHEDULE TOUR AND INTERVIEW

Taking a tour of our campus is highly recommended and encouraged, but not required. A family interview is required prior to acceptance into Calvary Christian Academy. We look forward to learning more about your family and answering any questions you may have: 928-854-5465.

2) Complete Online Application

Create an Application Account below to begin the application for admissions. Most forms are filled out online, IEP/ISP and/or 504 plans uploaded online and the application fee is due upon acceptance. Teacher and Church Leadership recommendation are encouraged to be submitted before moving to the next step.

3) Schedule Assessment Testing

The assessment helps determine the student’s academic level, learning needs, and appropriate class placement. Call the school to setup a time for testing: 928-854-5465

4) Admissions Decision

Each family will receive a phone call from administration with an admission’s decision for your student. Upon acceptance, families will be directed to complete our online enrollment process. The Enrollment Fee is due upon acceptance.
